Orders & Shipping
Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched same day from our US facility. Orders after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day.
Yes. A tracking number is emailed for every order as soon as the label is created, so you can follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.
All shipments originate in the United States. We ship domestically; available destinations are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for compliance with local import and research regulations.
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) research compounds are shipped sealed and are stable in transit without cold-chain handling. Store as indicated on the product page once received.
Products & Quality
Every batch undergoes independent third-party testing for identity and purity. A Certificate of Analysis is published on the relevant product page before the item is listed for sale.
Our research compounds are tested to a target of 99% or greater by HPLC, with results reflected on each batch Certificate of Analysis.
A COA is the third-party lab report documenting the identity, purity, and analytical results for a specific batch. You will find it linked on the product page under Certificate of Analysis.
Storage guidance is printed on each product and its listing. Lyophilized material is generally stored cool and dry away from light; reconstituted material is handled per your laboratory protocol.
Research & Handling
Reconstitution is adding bacteriostatic water to a lyophilized compound to bring it into solution for laboratory handling. The volume added determines the resulting concentration. This is provided for research reference only.
No. Our compounds are supplied strictly for in vitro and laboratory research. We do not provide, and cannot provide, any human or veterinary usage, dosing, or administration guidance.
Yes. If you need the COA for the exact batch you received, contact our team with your order number and we will provide the matching lab report.
