01What we sell, and what it is not for

This page covers products sold by Evo Aminoz LLC (“Evo Aminoz”, “we”, “us”) through evoaminozresearch.com.
All products are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory and analytical research.
They are not for human or veterinary use, not for consumption, not for injection, not for use in diagnostic procedures, and not for use in food, drugs, cosmetics, or any product intended for a person or an animal.
The statements on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Nothing sold here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
We do not provide dosing information, protocols, administration guidance, or any instruction for use in a person or an animal, and we will not provide it if asked.

Evo Aminoz LLC is a research chemical supplier. We are not a compounding pharmacy or compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
We are not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B.
We are not a pharmacy, we do not dispense prescriptions, and no order placed here is a prescription or a substitute for one.

You must be at least 21 years of age.
You must be a qualified researcher, or purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, institution, or business, for research purposes only.
You must not be purchasing for yourself, another person, or an animal, and you must not be purchasing for resale to consumers.
You confirm all of the above at the entry gate and again when you create an account. We keep a record of that confirmation.

You are responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to you, including any licence or registration your jurisdiction requires to receive research chemicals.
Some compounds in this catalogue are restricted, controlled, or prohibited in some states. Check that a compound is lawful where you are before you order it. We cannot give that advice and do not offer legal advice of any kind.
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally, and we do not accept orders billed or shipped to an address outside the United States. See the Shipping Policy for dispatch and delivery detail.
These goods may be subject to U.S. export law regardless of the shipping restriction above. You may not re-export, resell for export, or otherwise divert them contrary to that law.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, at any time, for any reason, including where an order suggests use in a person or an animal, resale to consumers, or a destination we cannot lawfully ship to.
Where an order is cancelled by us before dispatch, you are not charged, or the payment is returned by the same method.
Providing false information at the gate, at registration, or at checkout voids the sale.
