01Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Evo Aminoz LLC (“Evo Aminoz”, “we”, “us”), covering your use of evoaminozresearch.com and everything you buy from it.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site and do not place an order. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, university, or laboratory, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

02Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age to view this site or place an order. We ask you to confirm this before you enter.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
• You must be a qualified researcher, or ordering on behalf of a research organization, and you must be capable of handling research chemicals safely.
• We may refuse access or cancel any order if we believe these conditions are not met.

03Research Use Only

This is the most important section of these Terms. Read it in full.

• All products are sold strictly for research, laboratory, or analytical purposes. They are not for human or animal consumption in any form or quantity.
• No product sold here is a drug, dietary supplement, food, cosmetic, or medical device. None has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
• Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
• Evo Aminoz is a research chemical supplier. We are not a pharmacy, not a compounding pharmacy or compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B.
• By ordering, you confirm you will use the product only for lawful research and that you will not resell, redistribute, or supply it for human or animal use.
• You are solely responsible for the safe handling, storage, labeling, use, and disposal of anything you buy, and for obtaining any approval your institution or jurisdiction requires.

04Your Compliance Obligations

• You are responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to you, including any licensing or registration your work requires.
• You are responsible for import, export, and customs requirements if you ask us to ship outside the United States. Duties and taxes are yours to pay.
• You may not purchase from us if doing so is prohibited where you are.
• If you misrepresent who you are or what the product is for, these Terms are void and we may cancel orders, close your account, and decline future business.

05Products, Lots, and Certificates of Analysis

• Product images are representative. Vial appearance, labeling, and lot numbers vary between batches.
• Certificates of analysis are published on our Lab Reports page and are matched to a specific lot. A certificate describes the lot it names and nothing else.
• Stated purity reflects third-party testing of a sample from that lot at the time of testing. It is not a guarantee of performance in your work.
• We may change, limit, or discontinue any product at any time.

06Pricing and Errors

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
• Prices, stock levels, and product descriptions are occasionally wrong. If an order is affected by a pricing or description error, we may cancel it and issue store credit for anything already charged, even after you receive an order confirmation.
• An order confirmation is an acknowledgment that we received your order, not our acceptance of it.

07Orders, Cancellation, and Refusal

• Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the product.
• Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full rule.
• We may refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, resale for human use, quantity abuse, coupon abuse, a failed address check, or a prior chargeback.
• We may limit quantities per order, per customer, or per household.

08Payment

• Payment is taken at checkout through a third-party payment processor over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We do not store your full card details.
• You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you enter.
• If a payment is reversed, disputed, or charged back, we may suspend your account and withhold future orders until it is resolved. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us first is a breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for any sales tax that applies to your order.

09Shipping, Title, and Risk

• Dispatch times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays are outside our control.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier.
• You are responsible for entering a correct, deliverable address. Packages returned as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed may be re-shipped at your cost.
• Damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, per the Returns & Refunds Policy.

10Returns and Refunds

All returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: refunds are issued as store credit only, and unopened factory-sealed products may be returned within 14 days.

11Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for your password and for everything done through your account.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms.

12Affiliate Program

• Participation in our affiliate program is subject to approval and may be ended by either side at any time.
• Commissions are earned on qualifying orders tracked to your referral link. Orders that are canceled, refunded, or charged back earn no commission, and paid commissions on those orders may be reversed.
• You may not refer yourself, buy through your own link, bid on our brand name in paid search, send unsolicited email or texts, post your link on coupon or cashback sites without our written approval, or describe our products as fit for human use.
• Any affiliate claim that a product is safe for human consumption is grounds for immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
• Commission is 10% of qualifying order value. We do not currently operate a minimum payout threshold or a fixed payout calendar, and payouts are processed manually. We may change the rate or introduce a threshold at any time; the rate in force is the one shown in your affiliate dashboard.

13Promotions, Coupons, and Discounts

• Unless a promotion says otherwise, one coupon per order, and coupons do not stack.
• Promotional pricing, bundle discounts, and free shipping thresholds may change or end at any time.
• Discount programs that require eligibility, such as our military discount, require valid verification and are void if misrepresented.
• We may void a discount, cancel an order, or close an account for coupon abuse, including duplicate accounts created to reuse a single-use code.

14Email and SMS Marketing

If you give us your email address or mobile number for marketing, the following applies.

• You consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing messages, including cart reminders, at the address or number you provide.
• Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Transactional messages about an order you placed are not marketing and continue after you opt out of marketing.
• Marketing email is sent through Hostinger Reach. We may change providers at any time.

15Intellectual Property

• The site, its design, text, product photography, logo, and lab report presentation are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
• You may not copy, scrape, mirror, resell, or republish any part of the site without our written permission.
• You may not use our name, logo, or product images to imply endorsement or human-use suitability.

16Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site to break the law, misrepresent your identity or intended use, interfere with the site’s operation, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, run automated scraping or bulk data collection, or submit false order or tracking lookups.

17Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that any product is suitable for your specific research application, that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that content on the site is complete and current. Any warranty we do give is limited to the purity statement on the certificate of analysis for the lot you received.

18Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or research losses, arising from the site or any product, even if we were told such damages were possible.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order the claim relates to.

We accept no liability whatsoever for injury, loss, or damage resulting from human or animal consumption of any product, which is prohibited by these Terms and by the labeling on every product we ship.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

19Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evo Aminoz, its owners, officers, employees, and suppliers from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, your handling or use of any product, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

20Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. You and we agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

21Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one posted here when you place your order, so check the date at the top before ordering. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
