Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective immediately, all refunds are issued exclusively as store credit.

Cash, card, and original-payment-method refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

01Refund Method

  • All approved refunds are issued as store credit only.
  • Store credit is delivered as a unique coupon code via email, redeemable on a future order at Evo Aminoz Research.
  • Store credit does not expire.

02Order Modifications

  • Once an order has been submitted, no changes can be made. This includes items, quantities, shipping address, billing address, payment method, and coupon or discount application.
  • If a change is required, the order must be canceled prior to fulfillment (where eligible) and a new order placed.

03Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for products that remain unused, unopened, and factory-sealed.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Returns are issued store credit only. Store credit is applied once the returned items are received and inspected by our warehouse.

04Damaged or Missing Items

  • Any order issues, including damaged or missing items, must be reported within 7 days of the original delivery date.
  • Verified issues will be resolved with a replacement shipment or store credit at our discretion.

05Quality Assurance & Replacements

We stand behind the purity of our products. Replacements for reconstituted product are subject to strict quality-control verification.

  • Reconstitution media. Replacement requests are only honored when the researcher used Evo Aminoz Research compounds or Hospira reconstitution solution. Use of any other solvent voids this guarantee.
  • Research outcomes. We do not offer compensation or replacement based on subjective research results or experimental efficacy.

06Acceptance

By submitting an order, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Returns & Refunds Policy.

07How to Start a Return

Email us from the address on your order with your order number and photos of any damage. Our team will confirm eligibility and issue your store credit code once the return is received and inspected.
