01Hero Discount terms
- Who qualifies. Active and veteran military, law enforcement, and first responders, verified by hand from a service ID and a matching photo ID. Applications are reviewed individually and can be declined.
- What you get. 15% off the product subtotal of every order placed while signed in to the approved account. Shipping and tax are not discounted.
- One account. The discount attaches to the account that was approved and is not transferable. You must be signed in for it to apply.
- With bulk pricing. It applies after the quantity discount, so both savings come off the same order.
- With promo codes. It never combines with a promo code. A code worth the same or less is refused. A code worth more is offered as a choice in your cart, and nothing switches unless you press the button. Shipping-only codes are allowed alongside it.
- Duration. No expiry date. It stays on the account until the account is closed or the approval is withdrawn.
- Your documents. Uploads are stored outside the website, opened only by the person reviewing the application, and deleted 30 days after a decision.
- Everything else. Ordinary order terms still apply, including the purchase restrictions and the research-use-only condition of sale.
